1. What are you?
I am a person with my own values, experience and relationships. I am a leader who inspires.
2. A book that you would recommend others to read – why?
I recommend three books - Richard Dawkins’ book The Selfish Gene, Robert M. Sapolsky’s book - The Biology of Humans at our Best and Worst and Roger L. Martin’s book Playing to Win: How Strategy Really Works.
One should read books about evolution, behaviour and strategy to be a good leader.
3. TEDx talk, which you recommend watching – why?
I don't have one specific TEDx talk to recommend, as what is currently important varies.
4. What inspires you and gives you energy?
Thunderstorms, a warm autumn, wind and sailing.
5. Why are you interested in innovation?
Innovation is the creation of something new and valuable. Innovation skills should be coached for both people and companies, as these ensure sustainable competition - the creation of new products and services, as well as the ability to adapt and find solutions to specific challenges more rapidly.
