Regardless of what is stated in your job title and job description, your everyday work is most likely associated with the management of various projects. Filling of customer orders, the introduction of new products, a communication campaign, a party at the worksite, performance interviews, filling and delivering orders – independently of the specifics and volume of the work to be done, these all are projects with a similar structure and internal logic. Your capacity to perform this work is determined by your ability to plan and organize, involve people, agree on their involvement and criteria, and to undertake other rational and targeted activities to achieve an ideal result.

This intensive, practical course is about effective tools for everyday project management, as well as about how not to get confused in situations when projects become rather complex or take place simultaneously.

During the course, participants are invited to share their own situations and projects, enriching the content of the course with their experience in this way, as well as gaining an opportunity to get feedback and advice from an experienced presenter and from other colleagues.
